• Family Services : general information about schools , sports and leisure activities , babysitting / childcare ; advice on maintenance companies such as dry-cleaners, special treatments of delicate surfaces , cleaning companies . • Negotiation with local contractors for gas, pest control, pool and house alarm, water
• General upkeep and regular visit to the property, regular cleaning, general good working order of home equipment and devices, regular cleaning ; mail re-direction
• General preparation of the property prior to the owners arrival : housekeeping, food and wine delivery, steward to carry the luggage and to help unpacking, fresh flowers and newspapers, heating or cooling, pool heating

Holiday rentals / Upgrading/enhancement of real estate value
